At Kashi Arrival, we understand that travel plans may change. To ensure clarity and transparency, the following Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all our services in Varanasi.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Immediate Cancellation or 48 Hours or More Before the Scheduled Service:
    A full refund of the booking amount will be provided.

  • Cancellations Made 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Service:
    50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

  • Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Service:
    No refund will be applicable.

All cancellation requests must be communicated directly to our customer support team via phone or email.

2. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • No refunds shall be issued for no-shows or missed services caused by delays or non-arrival of guests.

  • In the event of service disruption due to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or operational constraints, Kashi Arrival reserves the right to either reschedule the service or issue a full refund, as deemed appropriate.

4. Booking Modifications

  • Modifications to confirmed bookings are permitted immediately after placing the order or up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability.

  • Any changes requested within 24 hours of the service time may not be accommodated.
